Come with Me 与我同行吧

Come with me, my friend, follow me out the door.

Down the busy sidewalk, past buzzing and beeping cars,

Away from noisy neighbors and roaring planes overhead.

Goodbye dirty skies, to smoke, and air so poor.

Come with me, my friend, follow me out the door.

Come with me, my friend, walk by my side.

Down the path we’ll go along the babbling brook.

Away our worries and cares will go like butterflies in the air.

Hello to flowers with sweet aroma and birds that soar and glide.

Come with me, my friend, walk by my side.

Come with me, my friend, speak words kind and true.

Down memory lane we’ll walk visiting days of long ago.

Away the time will fly while stories we do tell.

Farewell to loneliness and days sad and blue,

Come with me, my friend, speak words kind and true.

Come with me, my friend, take hold of my hand.

Up the hill we will climb to sit among the clouds.

Away with words and laughter, listening only for the wind.

It blows among the trees so high like music from a band.

Come with me, my friend, take hold of my hand.

Come with me, my friend, and rest against my shoulder.

Down below the people scurry, running to and fro.

Away from all we know below, as time stands still for us.

Farewell to the day, as sun sets and air grows colder.

Come with me, my friend, and rest against my shoulder.

Come with me, my friend, it’s time to go home.

Down the hill we go, much faster than before.

Away from the clouds and wind blowing in our hair.

Goodbye to trees, to flowers, and the brook’s watery foam.

Come with me, my friend, it’s time to go home.

Come with me, my love, follow me through the door.

Down we will sit together in each other’s arms.

Away from nosey neighbors and loud sounds of the street.

Hello to one another as our lips gently meet.

Come with me, my love, follow me through the door.
